Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, you will be the back bone of our Norfolk retail sales team’s, ensuring the planning, booking and delivery of sales campaigns are delivered, whilst ensuring the collation of copy together with general admin duties are completed correctly and on time.
We are looking for an administrator who is PC literate and proficient in CRM and order booking systems as well as a competent use of Microsoft Word and Excel. With previous experience of working in a busy and demanding role, you will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and be confident to communicate with internal and external customers as necessary.
You will have at least 2 years experience working within an administrative role and the experience of working in a fast paced environment.
Having a keen interest in media and print advertising would ensure that this role delivers the excitement and challenge that you are looking for.
