If so, then this may be the role for you. Hudson are partnering with a global business situated just north of Newcastle in order to recruit 2 experienced Sales Administrators on a permanent basis. You will join a successful and growing team and have the opportunity to give your customers a positive and efficient end to end experience.
Your interactions with your extensive array of customers will take the form of email, telephone and face to face. The confidence you have acquired throughout your customer focused career will allow you to interact with the customers with ease.
Your clients will be based across the UK, Europe and the Middle East so exposure to global sales support would be advantageous, as would be a grasp of any EMEA language.
You will take complete control of the order process for each customer, ensuring their requirements are fully met and they are kept updated regularly while also resolving any issues along the way. Knowledge of an end to end order process with proven experience in managing challenges will be invaluable.
From assisting the sales representatives in their pitch to processing the order on the internal system, raising quotations and arranging delivery via both internal and external providers you will manage the process from start to finish. Due to the level of involvement only those with proven experience at this level of sales administration would be successful in this role. Experience built in the manufacturing or logistics sector would be even better!
You will of course be the go to person for any queries post delivery and will regularly find yourself dealing with invoice queries and continuous aftercare.
