Your new role
You will be responsible for answering the queries customers have and figuring out resolutions from complaints. You will be processing orders via mail, phone, fax and email, so excellent written and verbal communication is essential. You will need to demonstrate knowledge of the products and services, in order to provide exceptional customer service.
What you'll need succeed
You will need previous experience within Sales Administration and a positive can do attitude. You will have previous experience within a manufacturing company, with the ability to handle technical information. This company are looking for an energetic, motivated and determined individual who can bring passion into the company.
