Sales Administrator

Job Purpose:

ESP Leisure are looking to hire a full time 12month temporary sales administrator to provide the Sales Director and field sales team with support. Ensuring efficient organisation and performance within the department is maintained.

Potential for permanent employment.

Duties:

- General sales team administrative tasks including, monitoring emails, taking calls, proof reading proposals and updating records

- Schedule sales meetings, produce agendas, record minutes with actions

- Produce regular sales analysis reports and reports for board meetings

- Support and maintain the high-quality information in all aspects of customer records on a bespoke system

- Support in marketing campaigns

- Assist team in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals

- Maintaining existing customer and partner relationships

- All other administration as required by the sales director and team

Essential Skills & Attitude:

- Well organised & methodical with good interpersonal skills

- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel)

- Good communication and reporting skills

- Reliable and Adaptable

- Pro-active and self-motivated

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Minimum 2 years previous administration experience
