Sales Administrator - Temp to Perm - Central Bristol - up to £19,000 per annum

Our client, a pioneering, independent, international and niche manufacturer based in Central Bristol, is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team! The role is being recruited for initially on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the opportunity of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The role is responsible for ensuring that the sales team is running smoothly, ensuring processes and procedures and followed to achieve an efficient order service for the end consumer.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and energetic team within a fun and creative sector.

Key Accountabilities

Following the sales administration process for the UK customer base,

  • Entering all UK customer PO onto company’s CRM
  • Minimising errors, following processes and procedures to ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales administration process, which includes:

o Processing UK orders in an accurate and efficient way;

o Work closely with senior management with any process queries, communication issues and other queries where appropriate

o Liaising with UK Sales Department to help maintain good customer business relations and support Sales Department in timely manner as and when required;

o Collecting and recording sales data;

o Helping organise any UK consumer and trade marketing events;

o Liaising with Operations to ensure stock availability for current orders for UK customers and to ensure delivery to Customer in timely manner;

o Liaising with Finance Department

o Liaising with distribution centres to ensure timely customer return process for UK customers, excluding administration of Amazon EU SARL;

o Liaising with Sales Administration Manager with any process queries, communication issues and other queries where appropriate;

o Liaising with other departments on ad-hoc basis

o Supporting the Office Team as and when required

  • New customer setup and maintaining the existing UK customer records up to date;
  • Keeping track of information that have financial impact on the organisation
  • Helping in creating new and improving existing internal processes

The successful candidate will have a thirst for fun and knowledge. An established administrative background is imperative to the role, ideally supporting a sales team. Precision and attention to detail are essential to the success of this role, alongside strong customer service and communication skills.
