The Customer Operations department have a new and exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to join the business as a Sales Administrator in the Customer Service function of the department.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Purchase Ordering & Administration
  • Efficient and Accurate Customer Communication
  • Processing Return Information & RMAs
  • Query and complaints handling
  • Management of Back Orders
  • Management of Sales Support

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a good level of written and verbal English
  • Good listening and patience with customers
  • Excellent team work skills, implementing established communication and coordination skills
  • Attentive to the needs of colleagues and the team
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Effective in switching between different tasks promptly
  • Ability to handle unexpected problems with an organised, thought-out and effective approach
