Sales Administrator

Our Client based in Central Brighton is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to start ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties are to include:

  • Assisting the Sales team with administrative tasks

  • Liaising and negotiating with clients and suppliers

  • Preparing quotes for the teams to send out

  • Managing and syncing diaries with suppliers and office departments

  • Adding orders on to the system

  • Organising deliveries

  • Taking responsibility of queries and seeing them through to resolution stage

  • Providing administrative support to all departments within the business

  • Helping to manage projects through to completion

The ideal candidate will have the below skills/experience:

  • Administrative experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Able to work to tight deadlines

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft packages

The hours of work for this role would be Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm and the salary is between £18,000-£21,000 (depending on experience), this would work out as an hourly rate of £8.65- £10.10, working 40 hours per week.
