Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Sales Administrator for our client based in Cradley, Halesowen.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Sales Administrator will have excellent telephone manner and experience with customers.


  • Taking customers order by Telephone and Email
  • Processing customers orders
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Providing quotations
  • Liaising with internal departments


  • Previous experience within the a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work as part of a team

This role is for an immediate start.

The working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm on Friday.

Salary is dependent upon experience between £17,000 to £19,000.
