Fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a friendly, professional, local organisation which is offering long term prospects and career progression for the right person.

Some of your duties include:

- Providing all-round administrative and customer service support in a busy Sales Department

- Managing customer orders received by telephone, fax and email and processing orders through to successful delivery

- Working closely with team to ensure orders are delivered promptly and dealing with any problems regarding deliveries

- Monitoring stock levels to ensure stock is available to meet customer order requirements

- Raising customer invoices, recording payments received on system and dealing with any invoice queries that occur

- Maintaining customer information on internal database system and updating information when necessary
