We are excited to be working along side a local expanding company who are currently looking to appoint a new Sales Administrator to join their growing team and support the sales side of the business.
This role involves but is not limited too:
- Taking inbound calls and advising clients accordingly
- Dealing with quotes
- Responding to email and telephone enquires
- Keeping schedules of payments - Scheduling meetings
- Updating/keeping spreadsheets maintained and updated
- Preparing various spreadsheets
- Making outbound calls and generating leads
- Competent with all Microsoft applications
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Be pro active
- Be able to use initiative
Working hours are, 10am - 7pm, Monday - Friday four weekdays (flexible)
10am - 7pm Sunday
The above working hours are flexible however, are the preferred working days.
