Your new company
You will be working for a well-established manufacturing company based in Haslingden. Due to recent growth they are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing general sales administrative support to the Office Manager and field based Sales Representatives, this will include sales order processing, answering the telephone, dealing with queries, returns and order discrepancies. You will be required to complete general administrative tasks, maintaining databases, typing letters and confidential documents. You will be dealing with general correspondence via post and email and always providing a high level of customer service at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working as a Sales Administrator, ideally within an Manufacturing company. You must be hardworking and display a can-do attitude, you must be adaptable and personable with excellent communication skills. You must be able to multi task and to support the sales function efficiently. Intermediate computer skills are essential, you must be proficient in Excel and all Microsoft Office packages.
