Sales Administrator

My client is a market leader within their industry and they require a full time Sales and Purchasing Administrator position on a full time and permanent basis. 

This is a fantastic opportunity with a great company based in Birchwood, Warrington.

Salary will be up to £18,000 dependant on experience.

Working hours are 36.5 hours per week as follows:

Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 (45 minute lunch)
Friday 08:30 – 14:30 (30 minute lunch) 

You will be joining a great sales order processing team and full training will be provided you will be inputting between 20-30 orders a day and providing my clients customers with a first class service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of sales orders including:-
• Direct deliveries, customer enquiries, consignments, complaints, certificates of analysis, sample enquiries, producing invoices
• Liaising with customers, sales reps, internal and external warehouses, transport companies
• Servicing of key customer accounts. Each member of the Sales team has dedicated customer accounts.
• Co-ordinate closely with Production unit/Purchasing department to check status of pending materials
• Reviewing Sales Order on a daily basis and progress as necessary
• Maintaining customer selling prices in conjunction with the sales reps
