Cute Resource Solutions Ltd are excited to be working with a growing business Gloucestershire, who are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their sales and customer service team.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, but our client might also consider Graduates who are looking to kick-start a career in sales/customer service.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for being a first point of contact for customers - dealing with queries and discussing their orders. You will also be required to process orders, process quotations, responding to customer emails, updating the systems, and consistently providing an excellent service to all customers.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
