A leading IT solutions business based in Manchester are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team
Your new company
This company have been running for just under 30 years as an IT solutions company. Originally from the US, this multinational firm have kitted out over 250,000 businesses with their IT infrastructure, and have a huge presence in the North-West area.
Your new role
Your new role will have two main functions:
1. Tender administrator: This part of the role will involve managing extremely busy mailboxes vital to the new business functions of the company. This will involve data handling, input and manipulation on Excel, as well as building strong working relationships within the division and ensuring any communication is archived.
2. Sales Administrator: this part of the role will involve processing orders using the in-house system, amending and creating invoices, handling enquires, order processing and ad-hoc administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong organisational skills and a very keen eye for detail. You will need good communication skills both written and verbally. Previous IT industry experience would be ideal but not essential. You will need strong MS office experience - in particular outlook, excel, and word.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 plus continual training and development.
