We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible, dedicated and enthusiastic experienced Sales Administrator for our prestigious dealership. You must be able to demonstrate an organised, systematic approach to this multi-functional role, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. The successful applicant will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure and be experienced in delivering the highest standards of customer service. Knowledge of Kerridge DMS would be a distinct advantage.
Your responsibilities will include general sales administration, processing of all Sales Department paperwork from initiation, processing through the computer system, to filing in accordance with company procedures. You will be required to keep accurate car movement details and ensure vehicle stock book records are maintained correctly and accurately. File audit, trade transfers and Sytnernet will also fall within your remit.
