1.Answer phone calls & respond to email enquiries in a positive & professional manner.
2.Act as appointed office contact for clients .
3.Manage company databases; maintain CRM ensuring data is current for marketing purposes.
4.Produce individual line quotations or quantity quotations using the Progress system.
5.Data collation for tender process & pricing, using Excel.
6.Use initiative to source non-standard & personalised products, seeing through to order.
7.Update company website and add active promotions
8.Send latest promotions to dedicated customers and make follow up calls.
9.Produce end of month & ad-hoc reports for dedicated customers and colleagues.
10.Investigate any problems or complaints from a dedicated customer, escalating to Account Manager if required.
11.Give total support to Sales Team - Quotes, Analysis, Coding etc
12.Actively monitor, manage & take action on Sales Team emails.
13.Understand and be competent in all the primary Sales Operations Tasks.
14.Act as a back up during absences.
Primary Sales Operations Tasks -
a.Sales Order process including purchasing, deliveries and Invoicing
b.Sales & back orders for suppliers and customers through to delivery.
c.Returns/Collection process with customer/suppliers.
