Sales Administrator

An opportunity for you to join a reputable manufacturing company within their Sales team as a Sales Administrator

Location;
Sparkhill, Birmingham

Salary;
£21500 - £23000

Working hours;
37.5 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5:15pm (Mon – Thurs) 4pm (Fri)

Benefits;
Bonus scheme based on company turnover paid quarterly
Healthcare scheme
Life cover over double your salary
Pension cover which they pay 3% towards

Job duties;
- Pro-actively inputting customer orders on to the system
- Providing quotes and pricing to customers and following it up with them
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers in relation to certain products
- Manage clients and customers expectations and build relationships
- Liaising closely with all other departments such as sales when required
- General administration duties

Skills;
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Previous import and export experience
- Previous Sales administrational experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
