Sales Administrator

Reed Recruitment are looking for a strong administrator to join our client who are a leading provider of electronic solutions, for the role of Sales Administrator based in Norwich (NR3)

You will be employed on a Permanent full time basis, working Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm

- Order entry
- Adding new trade accounts
- Raising quotations
- Handling incoming telephone enquiries
- Following up with customers on quotes given
- Liaising with internal departments regarding product availability
- Raising purchase orders
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Carrying out general administrative duties

Person Specification...
- Minimum of 2-3 years Administration experience
- Hardworking nature
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Clear and confident telephone manner
