The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administration support to the commercial office and team. Maintaining customer records alongside credit control support
Daily Duties –
Accurately processing sales orders
Communicating with customers via phone and email
Proactive credit control meeting set targets
Providing customers with accurate contractual reports
Processing all contractual paperwork in line with company guidelines
General admin duties – hotel booking, ordering office equipment etc.
Skills & Knowledge -
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Dynamics
Good knowledge of Excel
Ability to work deadlines
Excellent organisational skills
Hours of work - Mon - Fri 09:00-17:00
