To support the Account Management Team from an administrative perspective (order processing and logistics).Duties and Responsibilities
To provide end to end order management on behalf of Nuvias customers.
Loading and Management of P/O’s
Act as cover for Sales Support during period of sickness and annual leave
Assist in the management of CRM and other internal sales tools to ensure that they are up to date and accurate
Work closely with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure the best possible customer and vendor experience.
Obtain ETA and POD where required, communicating effectively to the relevant Account Managers, Sales Support and Product Managers
Management of deal registrations.
Manage logistical projects, including exports and ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted
Manage all back ordersSkills / Attributes Required
