KCR Solutions are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for a fantastic company based in Cramlington.
Salary - £16,000 - £18,000
- Ensuring accurate processing of customer orders through the ERP system and releasing of shipments according to the required dates given by customers
- Liaising with production and sales teams, with respect to sales quotations received from European (mainly German) distribution customers
- Ensuring on time delivery of customer orders, under close co-operation with customer service team
- Processing of invoices, credit notes and return shipments in co-operation with sales offices or purchasing departments of customers
- Monitoring product to ensure timely arrival and investigating problems encountered in supply chain
- Administering sales quotations received from European distributors.
- Liaise with sales/production teams to ensure correct pricing and Minimum order quantity is agreed
- Accurate and timely issuing of delivery notes to warehouse
- Raising and issuing of sales invoices to customers
- Monitoring and ensuring timely receipt of inbound shipments
LED product knowledge would be advantageous or having an electronic background or education. Sales administration experience is essential!
