Sales Administrator

New sales administrator position working for a reputable company based near Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex. This role will be extensively based on the order processing side and also answering customer queries on a daily basis. This role will be on a temporary basis initially and there may be an opportunity for a permanent position if the person performs well within the role.

My client is in the professional services industry based near Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex.


  • Order processing on the in-house CRM system
  • Answering customer queries on a daily basis
  • Responding to customer emails in a timely manner
  • Liaising with hauliers with regards to customer orders and delivery times
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties for the team as required
  • General sales support activities as required


  • Previous knowledge of working within a sales support or order processing role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available immediately or on a short notice period
  • Ability to communicate with people at all different levels
  • Knowledge of working on a CRM system previously
  • Ability to commit to a temporary role
