New sales administrator position working for a reputable company based near Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex. This role will be extensively based on the order processing side and also answering customer queries on a daily basis. This role will be on a temporary basis initially and there may be an opportunity for a permanent position if the person performs well within the role.
My client is in the professional services industry based near Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex.
- Order processing on the in-house CRM system
- Answering customer queries on a daily basis
- Responding to customer emails in a timely manner
- Liaising with hauliers with regards to customer orders and delivery times
- Ad-hoc administrative duties for the team as required
- General sales support activities as required
- Previous knowledge of working within a sales support or order processing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Available immediately or on a short notice period
- Ability to communicate with people at all different levels
- Knowledge of working on a CRM system previously
- Ability to commit to a temporary role
