Have you got Sales Administration or Business Development experience and looking for a new and rewarding career?

We are currently recruiting for a professional and motivated Sales Administrator to join an established and growing company based in Woolpit.

Responsibilities of Sales Administrator

  • Conduct online and desk based research into forthcoming construction and civil engineering projects
  • Provide inputs to the wider sales and project support team to enable development of georeferenced threat maps relating to the site/project
  • Develop a list of projects where the company’s service might be required
  • Research and find a list of suitable contacts/leads in those companies
  • Send standardised but well edited emails together with low resolution threat maps to indicate to prospective clients
  • Follow up emails with calls
  • Hand over key opportunities for closure to senior management

The ideal Sales Administrator candidate will have:

  • Outstanding research and analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Effective communicator, especially a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Self motivated
  • Good standard of education
  • Previous experience within sales in the construction civil engineering business desirable but not essential
