Customer Service/ Sales Administrator

£21,500pa + Commission

Eastleigh, Permanent

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly and professional Team based in Eastleigh.

Duties include:

  • Manage new orders across all service regions
  • Manage leads generated by the sales department
  • Liaise with Internal Sales team and Managers
  • Negotiate with customers regarding contract quotations and secure orders
  • Prepare quotations and pricing using the approved pricing tool
  • Process orders and review forms
  • Upload information on the system database
  • Administration using a pricing tool and record quotes on the system database

Essential skills

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
  • Ability to successfully interface with various departments and personnel in stressful situations
  • Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
