A growing Ilkeston based business are currently looking for an experienced administration person to join their busy team.
Reporting into the Administration Manager your main duties will include:
* Preparing quotes
* Invoicing customers
* Final Account reporting
* Dealing with customer on a daily basis and keeping them informed about their order
* Ensuring deliveries go out on time
* Account management
* Weekly reporting on KPI's
This is an extremely varied and busy role, the client is looking for someone with previous administration experience, a good confident telephone manner, good Excel skills and be able to multi task and prioritise their work load.
Salary is £19,000 - £22,000 depending on experience, 20 days holiday. Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday with 30 minutes lunch and free parking
