Based in Reading
Salary £20,000 per annum
Permanent opportunity

As a Sales Administrator you will be managing front line sales via the phone and e-mails, Loading customer orders and managing exciting customers’ accounts. In addition you will be ensuring customers’ orders are covered whilst providing any adhoc day to day assistance. You will be undertaking an active role in increasing sales with current customers to meet company targets. You will also be quoting and following up on all projects with customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with e-mail enquiries
  • Replying to Chat messages
  • Quoting customers formally and informally
  • Open order reports for distributors
  • Loading sales orders
  • Logging and loading samples
  • Following up on all quotes/samples/projects
  • Sending order acknowledgements
  • Logging all project on CRM ACT
  • Logging RMA’s
  • Managing task list on ACT
  • Liaising with Far East factories for pricing/samples/data

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be proficient in the use of Excel/Word
  • Possess the ability to plan and organise
  • Be able to prioritise work load
  • Use Outlook effectively
  • Possess outstanding people skills
  • Have a full clean driving licence
