Sales Administrator

A world leader in data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning is looking for a sales administrator to join their operations team on a permanent basis. This is a rewarding position for a highly organised individual with the ability to self-manage a busy workload.


  • Providing day-to-day management of the administrative process for all sales made across the company
  • Maintaining client folders and paperwork
  • Drafting contracts and order forms for all new clients
  • Liaising with the operations manager and external legal counsel to solve contract queries and issues
  • Completing paperwork associated with sales and liaising with other teams as necessary
  • Monitoring expenses related to projects and arranging for expenses to be billed to clients
  • Keeping records of sales income, invoicing dates and deadlines, creating and issuing invoices and chasing payments
  • Ensuring all paperwork templates are updated
  • Managing the store of marketing collateral electronically and physical copies
  • Attending and producing agendas for weekly meetings
  • Supporting other activities as required

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience dealing with customers and clients
  • Experience in an administrative capacity or sales support
  • Excellent computer skills, with the ability to use computer apps to design systems and improve sales processes
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritise effectively
