You will be the first point of contact for existing and potential clients in to the business by telephone and email. If you are not dealing with the clients directly you will be responsible for passing and forwarding messages to the correct department.
Other Duties within this role include-
-Issuing basic pricing and sending out accurate information.
-Create and issue quotations.
-Record & update client information on business systems and databases.
-Be responsible for the filing of hard copy agreements into electric documents.

-Adaptable and a confident communicator at all levels.
-Good prioritisation and organisation.
-Excellent telephone manner.
-Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Packages.
The role is permanent and full time with flexible working hours. Offering a salary of £18,000.
