A well known company with an outstanding reputation for being the leader within their field is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team. This role is based near to Southampton and the company offers free parking. This will be a busy sales administration role full of variety as each and every customer has a different requirement. You will be speaking to customers over the telephone with regards to orders and entering them onto the system. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Answering general enquires from customers
- Arranging for faulty products to be returned
- Answering the telephone
- Inputting information on the system
- Processing finance details
- Liaising with customers and suppliers and co-ordinating deliveries.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to be able to work in a busy environment and enjoy being part of a small team. You will be required to work on your own initiative, must have good keyboard skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will need to genuinely care about your customers and want to deliver the highest level of customer care. You will need to be confident with administration, be organised and able to prioritise a busy workload. Previous experience as a sales administrator is a distinct advantage.
