Sales Administrator

Reporting To





Maternity Cover Possibly to go on Permanent


08:30 to 17:30, 1 hour lunch break


£21,000 (Neg)

Roles and Responsibilities

· Administration over two sites; Surrey and Reading

· Bring vehicles into stock

· HPI vehicles

· Support Sales team - set up, invoice and post deals. New, Used and Trade

· Covert stock into demo

· Tax vehicles and complete V5

· Keep track of deals and ensure all invoiced by end of month

· Liaising with Sales Managers

· Administrate funding - adding vehicles when bought and removing when sold

· Set up finance products such as GAP and Service Plans

· Ensure the insurance database for company cars is up to date on a weekly basis

Required Skills and Experience

· Motor Trade experience preferable

· Organisational skills

· Communication with various levels of staff

· Time management

· AFRL experience preferred
