Sales Administrator

On behalf of our client, Adecco Kendal are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a small team in Grange over sands.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Over view of duties:
Provide excellent support and administrative service to the Sales Department.
Develop effective manufacturer and supplier contact.
Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
Prepare and send out invoices.
Undertake any other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities, including attending training courses, as requested by the Sales Manager / Brand Manager.

Skills and experience:
Good attention to detail.
Strong administration skills.
Customer service background.
Used to working on your own initiative.
Motor trade experience would be beneficial
