Sales Administrator

Job Description

With a passion for great quality ingredients and selling into the Natural Snacking, Wholefood and Home-Baking sectors, my client is entering the next phase of its ambitious growth plans. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the Office Manager across all channels. Working in a small team, it's a fantastic time to join. You'll play an important role, liaising with customers & suppliers. You'll work very closely with the distribution and Sales teams along with other key departments within the business.

Key duties:
* Inputting sales orders into system.
* Daily coordination of deliveries from multiple countries to satisfy total order.
* Ensure all relevant records are kept up to date - maintain good housekeeping.
* Daily support to external sales teams and distribution network.
* Assist with stock enquiries.
* Process quotes to purchase orders.
* Managing order process.

The preferred job holder will closely match the following requirements:
* Confident in learning in-house computer software systems.
* Good communication skills.
* Keen eye for detail, specifically numeric.
* Flexible and pro-active approach.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Competent use of Microsoft Office.
