Your new role
This Sales Administration job consists of duties including handling all incoming telephone calls and emails, taking orders from customers then putting together picking and packing lists, and arranging transport for all orders. It is important that you offer the highest level of customer service at all times and aim to maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful at this Sales Administration job, you must be professional with a strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask and prioritise well in busier periods. It is important that you hold good IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP (this is not essential as full training will be offered). You will need a good eye for detail and outstanding communication skills.
What you'll get in return
This company are offering a salary of £18,000 - £20,000, with working hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm. With a great benefit package including free onsite parking, company pension and bike to work scheme. There is also the opportunity to progress within this role.
