Sales Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a corporate, friendly and forward thinking company based in Reading. Working as part of a busy team, to work to strict deadlines/targets, interacting with lots of other teams within the business to ensure that customers are kept in the loop and updated regarding their orders, that the best all round service is being delivered.

Previous experience within an administrative role, able to provide support to both sales and service related activities. A varied role, processing customer purchase orders, releasing web orders, dealing with delivery of goods, installations also. Handling customer queries, providing telephone support.

Proven customer service experience, an eye for detail and good PC skills.
