Sales Administrator

Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our reputable client based in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a vibrant and continuously evolving business. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be dealing with a number of queries from both Customers and Internal departments. The role is to provide a proactive service in order to strive in this job, you will need to be able to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Build up relationships with customers
  • Run reports when required which means high levels of data manipulation
  • Quotes for potential new customers
  • Putting together Welcome Packs and Sales Agreements
  • Creating new Sales agreements for new Carrier partners
  • Quotes for Existing customers by email and over phone
  • Pricing for yearly increases from each carrier and for Billing Tool updated
  • Answering customer queries
  • 1ST point of contact for potential new customers from phone enquiries
  • Support and advise customers on the available services
  • Customer Database updated as needed
  • Customer Filing
  • Booking collections

  • Good communicator
  • Good Computer Skills - Excel and Word skills (essential)
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal Skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
