Sales Administrator

Greenford, Middlesex

£22,000 + Pension Scheme + Parking

This new Sales Administrator role would be an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility and relishes working in a busy environment and as part of a successful team.

Some of your duties will include:

- Liaising extensively with clients, taking orders over the telephone and setting up orders on computer system

- Processing client orders received by telephone and email from instigation stage through to successful delivery

- Allocating stock required to meet order requirements, sourcing stock from suppliers when needed

- Negotiating terms with customers if and when required and managing the production of sales invoices

- Liaising with Freight Forwarders in order to co-ordinate the delivery of orders for overseas clients

- Managing computerised client database records and updating information held when necessary
