Sales Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a well established manufacturing business base in Swinton offering good career progression. As a Sales Administrator you will offer first class sales support and account administration to the business ensuring the manufacturing process is in line with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales managers on pricing and quotations.

  • Liaise with designer and project managers to confirm requirements and missing information.

  • Manage relations, orders, quotes and correspondence with customers.

  • Liaise with the production team regarding stock levels.

  • Ordering required products from approved suppliers.

  • Liaise with the finance department in relation to new accounts and credit limits.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 28 days holiday per annum, pension scheme and a competitive salary of between £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
