A Sales Administration job based in Torbay and Exeter with a leading automotive dealer.
Your new company
A leading Automotive dealership who pride themselves on their customer service and the products they offer. Due to operational needs my clients are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their sales team on a permanent and full time bases.
Your new role
You will provide full administrative support to Sales team, processing and preparing paperwork for all sales to ensure vehicles are ready for collection. You will also process payments along with all credit agreements and liaise with licensing department to ensure all vehicles are legally ready. You will also assist with any adhoc administrative tasks such as typing up letters and dealing with the post.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous administrative experience with a meticulous attention to detail. You must have the ability to work well towards deadlines and be a team player. You must also communicate well both verbally and written and have excellent customer service skills. This a busy role within a fast paced environment so the ability to work using your own initiative and be proactive in your work is essential.
What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive salary of £18,000 rising to £20,000 after 6 months probation there is also a bonus scheme.
