We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Liverpool Volkswagen. You will be the pivotal contact between the busy sales teams on site and the central administration team. You will be responsible for delivering 'outstanding' customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries. File audit, trade transfers and Sytnernet will fall within your remit.
We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible, dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Administrator for our prestigious dealership. You must be able to demonstrate an organised, systematic approach to this multi-functional role, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. The successful applicant will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure and be experienced in delivering the highest standards of customer service. Knowledge of KerridgeDMS would be a distinct advantage.
