Experienced Sales Administrator needed in East London

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator in the property industry to join an established and reputable company based in East London.

The Company

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join and support a fast paced environment. My client are a tier 1 residential builder who pride themselves on being a high performing business and are one of the largest residential developers in the UK. They have won numerous awards and are officially a 5* house builder. Their builds range from prestigious sky rise apartments in the City to stylish town house in the suburbs. The successful Sales Administrator will be joining a buzzing team in East London with a current turnover of £500M.

The Role

As the Sales Administrator you must understand what you do is extremely important for the team and impacts the level of performance. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, write and upload property adverts, manage the team email inbox, chase leads when necessary as well as general administration duties.

Requirements

  • Experience working with a residential developer is highly preferred or previous experience with an Estate Agents
  • You must be extremely organised
  • You must be hard working
  • Be able to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent computer skills is essential
