Yellow Bricks are hiring in High Wycombe for a number of candidates who are Customer Service driven with a high level of experience processing low to high value business orders using sophisticated software. Candidates who have used SAP ,SalesForce as well as an intermediate knowledge of Excel are highly sought.


  • Accurately enter orders to the system using SAP and SalesForce
  • Manage enquiries via web chat, communicating effectively
  • Provide a high level of service and accuracy to all enquiries
  • Create logistics paperwork for good delivery
  • Carry out timely invoicing and credits where required
  • Manage all returns in line with company procedure
  • Handle orders coming through the website and email channel
  • Deal with any special requirements on a case by case basis
