This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised and efficient to work as part of a small team, providing support to the company MD and 2 Sales Managers, as well as being the point of contact for customers.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, administrative skills, be pro-active and organised and able to liaise with both external customers and colleagues, responsible for sending and collating customer satisfaction surveys, work with the Production department to ensure delivery dates are in line, and contacting customers to keep them updated on these.
As this is working in a small team, but part of a medium sized company, you will have the chance, if you see reason to, to set up your own processes and procedures to ensure the smooth provision of support and administrative functions, although all systems are automated and in place, Management are happy for the job holder to suggest and implement improvements. It is envisaged that the person who takes position could progress up through the company over time if they wish.
A good standard of education, positive and lively outlook with at least 2 years experience in a similar role is required.
