Sales Administrator with SAP

Our client based in the heart of the Manor Royal industrial estate are seeking a Customer Support Agent / Sales Administrator with SAP order processing experience. This is an ongoing temporary position, Monday - Friday with parking on site.

Duties to include
You will be responsible to receive and record customer enquiries
Ensuring that requirements are fulfilled with SLA's
Producing Customer Service and Sales Order analysis.
Handle customer complaints
Create quotes
Receiving and processing customer orders
Processing purchase orders

What you will need to have ;
Have extensive SAP order processing knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Self motivated
Strong problem solver with analytical skills
Must be able to work in fast paced forever changing environment
