Our client has a new opportunity for a Sales Administrator-Trainee to step onto their career ladder, develop their skills and join their highly motivated team.
The role will be within the Sales Support Administration Team and encompass a variety of tasks including answering incoming telephone calls, responding to emails and general administration. Other duties include accurate data entry and updating files, controlling service invoices, assisting SIMs administration, preparation/packing and dispatch of small orders plus accurate recording of documentation. Internal training will be given to consolidate your existing practical knowledge within Excel of formulas and reports; Access Dimension Accounts input of data and running pre-defined reports; use of barcode scanner and Microsoft Word creation of documents.
To be successful you should be well presented, confident individual with approx. 6 months' work experience in office administration using Microsoft Excel. Qualifications in Mathematics and English Grade C+ or equivalent with sound proven numeracy and communication skills with a willingness to learn. It is essential that you possess a strong sense of responsibility and able to multi-task in a busy office environment but maintain great attention to detail and willingness to learn.
