Sales Administrator - T5531
Our client is one of the fastest growing holiday companies based just outside of Swindon and they are currently looking for an administrator to work in their sales department for a long term temporary position.
As the sales administrator it will be your responsibility to enter onto the system and quality check all customer bookings within specified deadlines. Ensuring attention to details at all times and high accuracy levels, including customer details, costings, calculations. Primarily based with-in the Sales Department administrating bookings, whilst working with the Customer Support Administrators creating an efficient handover of bookings and offering support where needed.
The ideal candidate would ideally have knowledge of customer service principals and practices, able to work extended hours if required and have previous experience of data entry.
