The Role

SSL247 is looking for a talented Spanish i speaking Sales Adminsitrator with excellent communication and administration skills, to cover a 9-12 months maternity leave role in our small and dynamic team in our London office.

Job Description

You will be providing administrative support to the sales team. Your main role will be to provide direct support and assistance to the Sales Managers in providing a high level of service to our valued clients as well as assisting the sales team with their growth targets.

The role involves a variety of administrative functions ranging from managing all incoming orders, following-up with customers and ensuring all orders are completed promptly and efficiently, meaning attention to detail and time-management skills are a must for this role.

You will play a vital part in the sales process from start to finish. You will work closely with our staff both on site in London and from our other office in France, as well as liaising with clients and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure a consistently high level of service.

You will need to be comfortable juggling different priorities and capable of working to deadlines. You will also need to be capable of dealing with a large workload and ensuring all orders are completed with the same level of efficiency.

You will be computer literate - specifically with MS Word, Excel and Outlook and possess the ability to get to grips with our own internal systems quickly.

You will enjoy working in a small dynamic and international environment, and have a real interest in all issues related to Web Security. You will need a strong command of written and spoken English, and further language skills, especially French, would be considered highly advantageous

Experience & Skills
