Our client based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire currently seek a Sales Support individual to join them on a full time, permanent basis. If you are customer focused with a proactive approach with previous Sales or Sales Administration experience this could be the opportunity for you!

Our client is an established business with a leading nationwide brand, offering the successful individual an exciting opportunity within a hugely successful firm, although they are a nationwide brand they remain family run. The role will be targeted at individuals with previous Sales Support or Sales Administration experience. The successful individual must have effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to speak to all different levels of people. Flexibility to adapt to client needs and requirements is essential. A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work well in demanding situations. IT literacy required, solid knowledge of Excel desired but not essential.

This is an ideal role for someone who currently works within a Sales Support role seeking a new and exciting challenge. The main duties of this role will be to understand the needs of the customer and offer a suitable product and service, order processing, quotes, managing account from start to finish, updating in-house system to reflect orders, updating clients on delivery timescales, driving the business forward with product and industry knowledge, general office support duties.
