Sales Administrator/ Sales Support - Lighting Manufacturer (S.E. London)

Our client is an expanding, well-established manufacturer of design led innovative products and this new role covers the complete sales administrative function from dealing with customers, following up on quotations, processing orders and database management.
Acting as the sales support for a Manager, you will be liaising with customers including designers, architects and contractors about product, project and sales enquiries and processing works orders accurately and checking it makes sense technically.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales administrator, reliable, organized, self motivated and confident in handling telephone calls and a quick learner. You should have good technical understanding, electrical experience a bonus or at least technically minded to understand electrical information and drawings. Good communication/ listening skills essential as is a working knowledge of MS Word/ Excel. Ideally from a sales (product) environment and additional languages a bonus.
This is an all encompassing role with exposure to handling incoming calls, technical advice, quotations, follow up calls and general sales administration. Based SE London
