Sales Administrator/Retail Assistant

Based in Wentloog, Cardiff, our well established client are looking for a Sales Administrator for their busy office. The role is to work 3 full days 9.00am to 5.15pm. In Addition to this there is an option to work 2 full days in the companies retail outlet for the right person.

Duties include:

-Taking telephone calls from clients, dealing with sales enquiries and stock requests

-Adding new orders to in house database

-Process all orders for supply and pass details to finance for invoicing

-send out brochures and stock information

-show clients around show room

-calling customers to check on new order requirements

This role is busy and you will need previous administration and IT skills

Salary is £16000 pro rata
