Sales Administrator (Recruitment)
We are a well-established technical recruitment firm based in Central Brighton, looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work in our modern offices supporting a team of experienced recruiters.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Data entry on a CRM system
- Receiving incoming communications from candidates and clients
- Co-ordinating and dealing with enquiries, resolving them efficiently
- Supporting the finance team with scheduling payments
- Invoicing and expense management
- Diary management
- PA duties as required
- Strong administration background
- Maths and English GCSE's Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer service
