Sales Administrator (Recruitment)

We are a well-established technical recruitment firm based in Central Brighton, looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work in our modern offices supporting a team of experienced recruiters.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Data entry on a CRM system
  • Receiving incoming communications from candidates and clients
  • Co-ordinating and dealing with enquiries, resolving them efficiently
  • Supporting the finance team with scheduling payments
  • Invoicing and expense management
  • Diary management
  • PA duties as required

Requirements:

  • Strong administration background
  • Maths and English GCSE's Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Customer service
